AMO Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition as received, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Worn, washed, or altered items

We also do not accept returns on perishable goods, hazardous materials, or personal care items (if applicable).

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

European Union Customers You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
